“Looking to break through at his third career start, stick with the Matthew Dunn-trained galloper in this maiden over 1200m. On debut at Doomben back in April, he finished three lengths off the winner before heading to the paddock. Resuming 181 days later as the $1.70 favourite, he got too far back but closed off strongly to be beaten just 1.4 lengths. Strips fitter second up and the step to 1200m looks ideal. Finds a very winnable race here and should prove tough to hold out — highly fancied.”
