He’s drawn perfectly and gets in well after the claim for apprentice Emily Lang. Winning hope.”

The lightly raced filly by Harry Angel resumes from a 215 day spell with three trials under her belt and looks to have found a nice race to kickstart her campaign. On her debut at Kembla back in August last year, she was hitting the line well when finishing a neck form the winner. Jockey Kerrin McEvoy who has been on board for all those trials sticks with her for this. She’s short for a reason, hard to beat.”

“Dropping back to a BM78 after resuming from a break in a GRP3 at Flemington three weeks back should see the Moody & Coleman trained galloper prove hard to beat here today. The mare by Almanzor with Blake Shinn on board for the first time finished three lengths from the winner over the mile first up and she’s 2/2 when second up. The step up in distance suits, she’s drawn to get a nice run behind the speed, and she has the turn of foot to storm over the top of them all in the straight. Looks a handy stayer, serious player.”

Highly fancied.”
