“Despite needing to lump 63.5kgs, the Patrick Payne trained HOUSE SPOUSE is going to take some beating over the 1423m with Michael Dee in the saddle at Sale today. Was disappointing when starting the $1.70 fav and finishing down the track at Bendigo first up but has had a trial leading into today’s race and expect to see him strip fitter second up. If he brings his A-Game today, his going to give this an almighty shake. Looks a nice race for him, he looks hard to beat.
