He led and never looked like getting run down over the 1050m that day and the slight step up in distance shouldn’t’ pose an issue for the gelding by Deep Field. He does have a wide draw to deal but his good gate speed should see him cross the field, lead and give them all something to catch. Looks poised to strike again and is short for s reason, respect.”
