“Looking to breakthrough at her third start, the filly by Russian Revolution from the Ciaron Maher stable looks well placed in this maiden over the 1550m here today. After finishing 1.5 lengths behind the winner at Kembla, who has gone on and won again in town, this galloper finished in the placings when racing here three weeks ago, beaten by 1.3 lengths over the 1250m. The step up in distance is what we think she’s crying out for and inform jockey Chad Schofield jumps on board her for the first time. Looks a nice race for her, commands serious attention.”
