“Sticking with the Annabel Neasham trained galloper to take out this year’s edition of the Wagga Gold Cup over the 2000m. This gelding hasn’t raced since proving to smart for his rivals when saluting by 3.2 lengths at Albury back in March and has had just the single trial since. He’s a galloper that will settle near the rear but has a serious turn of foot so look for him to be doing his best work late in this staying event. If he’s withing striking distance at the furlong mark, watch out! Big show expected.”
